At Rehman Digital Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Digital products, software, services, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at rehmandigitalstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at rehmandigitalstore@gmail.com.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
